Eligible new organizations that accept our invitation and sign up for BookTix may receive a 10% rebate back on all BookTix online ticketing fees charged during their first six (6) months of account usage.
This program is intended to help you maximize your revenue during your initial phase with BookTix.
Invitation Only: This offer is strictly invitation-only and is extended solely at the discretion of BookTix. It is not publicly available.
New Customers Only: This program is offered exclusively to organizations that are not current BookTix clients at the time of sign-up.
Offer Stacking: This rebate cannot be combined with any other current or future BookTix offers, promotions, or discounts.
Rebate Calculation Period: The 10% rebate will be calculated based only on the actual BookTix online ticketing fees paid during the first six (6) consecutive months your BookTix account is actively in use for selling tickets.
Excluded Fees: The rebate will not be provided on any fees associated with orders that are subsequently refunded or were the subject of a chargeback (even if that chargeback was successfully overturned or resolved in favor of the organization).
Geographical Limits: This offer is available only within the United States of America and is valid only in states where such a rebate program is legal and permissible.
Payment Timeline: The earned rebate will be made as a single payment, typically issued after the completion of the 6-month period.
Payment Delay: BookTix reserves the right to delay the payment of the rebate for any reason, including, but not limited to, account review, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or legal review.
By accepting this invitation and participating in the New Organization Rebate Program, you agree to the following additional terms:
Tax Responsibility: Organizations are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling all federal, state, and local tax implications associated with the receipt of this rebate money. BookTix advises all organizations to consult with a qualified tax professional regarding this payment.
Right to Modify/Terminate: BookTix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Rebate Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will not affect rebates already earned under the terms in effect prior to the change.
Interpretation and Final Decision: All decisions regarding eligibility, rebate calculation, and the interpretation of these terms and conditions rest solely with BookTix and are final and binding.
Fraud/Abuse Clause: BookTix reserves the right to withhold or cancel a rebate if BookTix determines, in its sole judgment, that the organization has engaged in any fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of the BookTix Terms of Service.
No Obligation to Offer: This rebate program does not create any express or implied contractual obligation on the part of BookTix to offer, continue, or pay a rebate to any specific organization.
Governing Law and Forum: This program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles. Organizations agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this program must be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
